The founder of YouGaming.com completed the Masters in Hospitality Administration program from the Harrah Hotel College at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. His professional paper was titled, "Identifying New Pari-Mutuel iGaming Offerings in the United States."

YouGaming.com finished in 3rd place out of 25 companies in the Venture Island North State entrepreneur competition. The competition consisted of several events where companies presented various aspects of their business concept before panels of investor and business professionals. YouGaming was one of the 3 finalists that presented at the final competition at the Chico Economic Planning Corporation (CEPCO) annual awards dinner on October 29th at California State University, Chico.
